How to Change the Side Marker Lamp in a 2007 Mercedes Benz 450Gl

1. Turn off your vehicle and open the hood. Locate the headlamp assembly under the hood. Put on the clean gloves.
2. Remove the cover from the side marker bulb socket. The side marker bulb socket is the smallest socket on the headlamp assembly.
3. Pull the bulb socket out of the headlamp assembly by rotating it counterclockwise. Pull the side marker bulb out of the assembly and replace it with a new bulb. Place the socket back into the assembly and rotate it clockwise to secure it.
4. Reattach the cover to the headlamp assembly and close the hood.
