How to Use the BMW iDrive

1. Press the iDrive button that corresponds with the menu that you want to open. Buttons include 'CD', 'Radio', 'Tel' for telephone and 'Navi' for navigation.
2. Use the control knob to scroll through your options. Rotating the knob left and right will allow you to scroll up and down through available options. You can also push the knob up, down, left and right to navigation through menus.
3. Depress the center knob to make a selection. This is the main button that allows you to select and open a highlighted option.
4. Press the 'Back' button to move back to the previous menu if you have selected the wrong option.
