How to Program an Audi Key

1. Locate the second key for your Audi (the one you do not wish to program), and use it to help program the other key. Insert the second key into the ignition, and turn it one click forward.
2. Exit the vehicle, or roll down the window, and insert the second key into the driver door lock, locking the door.
3. Press the 'Unlock' button on the key in the door lock. Only press the button one time. You will notice the lights flashing on the car, but the door should remain locked.
4. Unlock and relock the door manually using the key in the driver's door.
5. Take out the key, and test the remote's functions to find out whether you reprogrammed it successfully. If so, remove the other key from the ignition. If not, repeat the above steps.
