How to Remove Rear Speakers on a 325i

1. Pry up the front edge of the speaker grille on the back deck with a panel tool until the grille pops loose from the retaining clips holding it in position.
2. Loosen and remove the four Phillips screws located around the perimeter of the speaker.
3. Pull the speaker out of the rear deck, and unplug the speaker wire connector on the back.
4. Plug your new speaker in and place the speaker in the deck opening. Screw the speaker into place with the screws you removed earlier.
5. Replace the grille, pushing down firmly around the edges to seat it in the retaining clips.
