How to Remove a BMW E36 Heater Control Panel

1. Feel along the inside top of the sunglasses holder for a finger-sized hole. Reach in and push out the On Board Computer (OBC) module. Do not disconnect it, just allow it to hang.
2. Reach inside the void where the OBC previously sat and reach up and push out the heater control module.
3. Disconnect the wire by flipping the connector loom lock from one side to the other and pull it out. You have now removed the heater control panel.
