How to Change the Tires on the Mercedes C Series

1. Park the car on level ground, shut off the engine and set the parking brake. Position the scissor jack underneath the jack point of the corner that is home to the tire you need to change. The jack points are located on the subframe of the underside of the car, directly behind the front tires and directly in front of the rear tires.
2. Loosen but do not remove the lug nuts that secure the wheel to the wheel hub.
3. Raise the car using the scissor jack and remove the lug nuts to remove the wheel.
4. Mount the new tire on to the wheel hub and screw in the lug nuts with your fingers, but do not tighten them all the way.
5. Lower the car using the scissor jack and then tighten the lug nuts all of the way using your lug wrench to complete the procedure.
