How do I Remove the Headrest in a BMW 545i?

1. Look at the rear seats. There are two prongs which connect the headrests to the seat. Where the right prong of each headrest enters the seat, there is a circular plastic clip with a spring-loaded button. Pinch the button to release the headrest for adjustment.
2. Hold down the button with one hand and grip the headrest with the other. The headrest will become loose from the seat.
3. Pull upward until the headrest comes free of the seat. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each of the rear headrests. Replace the headrests by holding down the release button from Step 1 and pushing the headrests back into the seat.
