How to Do an M3 Challenge Drift

1. Install the game to your computer's hard drive. Briefly read through the game's instructions so that you have a good idea as to how to control the vehicle on the track. This is crucial in drifting since you will have to execute multiple functions together.
2. Assign the game's functions to any of the keypad buttons of your choice. This is a good thing to do if you are having difficulty maneuvering the M3 with the default control setup. Once you are familiar with the controls, start a new game.
3. Hold the accelerator button to begin moving your car down the track. The simulated track is quite large and has many twists and turns so you will have ample opportunities to drift.
4. Let go of the accelerator button as you approach a turn. As your car goes into the turn, gently tap the brake button and then hold the emergency brake button. This will send your car into a drift and it will turn sideways but continue moving along the arc of the turn.
5. Turn your car in the opposite direction as it moves around the curve. This is known as countersteering and will allow the car to remain properly aligned around the entire turn. Once your car approaches the end of the turn, release the emergency brake button and then continue accelerating to maintain speed.
