How to Reset a Mercedes FSS

1. Park the Mercedes on level ground.
2. Place your finger at the 'R' button on the dashboard, without pressing it.
3. Place the key into the ignition and switch it to position '2.'
4. Press twice on the 'R' button, which will display how many miles or days there are left before the Mercedes will need to be serviced.
5. Switch the ignition off to position '0,' within five seconds.
6. Press on the 'R' button and switch the ignition on to position '2,' at the same time.
7. Wait for 10 to 15 seconds with the 'R' button still pressed until a beeping sound is heard and release the 'R' button.
