How to Install a 2008 Audi TT Satellite Tuner

1. Climb the step stool to reach the roof of your 2008 Audi TT. Once on top of the vehicle, search for an acceptable area to connect the antenna. The requirements, according to the Sirius hardware guide, are a flat surface and a full line of sight to the sky. On the bottom of the antenna are two pads that have adhesives on them. Use these pads to stick down the antenna.
2. Enter the driver's side and try to find a spot to place the satellite tuner receiver. A spot on the windshield or dashboard is optimal, as long as the spot allows a clear line of vision for the driver. Use the suction cups on the bottom of the receiver to hold the unit in place to the spot of your choice.
3. Connect the audio cable to the satellite tuner antenna. Wire the cable down the roof of the Audi TT and through the front passenger seat. Push the cable through the outside molding, and then pull it inside the vehicle along the inner roof. Tape the cable to the roof while holding it tight. Pull the the remaining slack of the cable down to the satellite tuner receiver; plug the cable into the jack labeled 'Antenna In' on the back of the receiver.
