How to Update the Navigation With a DVD

1. Contact your local car dealer and purchase the latest update for your DVD-based navigation system.
2. Locate your car's manual and go to the 'Navigation' section. Follow the instructions to open the DVD drive of your navigation system. This can be as simple as pressing a button on the navigation unit's fascia, which will then open the unit and allow you to take out the current DVD the system uses.
