How to Remove a W211 Instrument Cluster

1. Adjust the steering wheel as far outward as it can go, and then as low as it can go.
2. Insert the rod into the bottom corner slot of the instrument cluster and pop out the cluster. Repeat with the other corner slot.
3. Reach behind the instrument cluster and pull off the two wiring harnesses from the cluster.
4. Pull the cluster out of the vehicle.
