How to Manually Open the Gas Tank on a 2007 BMW

1. Open the trunk of your 2007 BMW.
2. Lift the cargo mat. Remove the cover on the right side of the cargo area directly behind the fuel filler flap.
3. Look for and find a black knob that has a fuel pump symbol on it. Pull the knob to open the fuel filler flap.
