How to Register a BMW With BMW USA for Service

Website Registration
1. Go to the BMW website, bmwusa.com, and select 'Create an account.'
2. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a unique password. Indicate whether you currently own a BMW or use BMW Financial Services, which will configure your account appropriately.
3. Enter the last seven digits of your vehicle identification number (VIN) or your seven digit production number. The VIN can be found beneath the windshield on the driver's side of the vehicle or on your vehicle's title. The production number can be found by contacting the BMW center where the vehicle was purchased.
4. Enter your contact information to complete your registration.
5. Select 'Manage My Account' to go to the main account page, where you can find contact information for your local dealership.
6. Click on 'Web Scheduling' and the 'Locate a BMW Center for Details.' Enter your ZIP code and select a service center from the list. The dealer's website will load.
7. Select 'Service and Parts' from the top portion of the page, then select 'Service Request.' Register your car for a service appointment based upon the dealership's availability. The service will be tracked within your BMW vehicle profile.
