How to Make a Radio Removal Tool for a 1996 Audi

1. Remove the metal section from a hanging file folder.
2. Cut two 5-inch sections from the metal strip, cutting one from each end.
3. Mark a section 1 inch from the cut end of each strip. Use a bench grinder to smooth out a radius from the end to the mark on both of them.
4. Cut a notch at the end of the radius on each strip. The notch should be about 1/4 of the width of the strip.
5. Smooth off the edges of the metal strips and the cuts to avoid damaging the radio. The keys can now be inserted to release the radio.
