How to Remove a Mercedes Benz 123 Grill

Location
1. Open the hood of the Mercedes Benz 123.
2. Examine the upper part of the grill. You should see only two bolts, one on each side of the upper grill.
3. Remove the bolts with your 8mm wrench. This step may require you to bend into the engine in order to reach the bolts.
4. Firmly grasp the grill on either side. Pull out and up. The grill should come off very easily. Watch out for the hood release which is positioned in between the slots on the grill. The grill may become stuck on this, so look for the hood release before you pull the grill off.
