How to Program Radio Codes to BMW

1. Place your keys in the ignition and turn clockwise to start your BMW. Press the volume knob located on the upper left-hand portion of the stereo to turn on your radio.
2. Press and hold the 'm' button in the lower right corner of the radio for 10 seconds. This will direct you to the diagnostic section of the stereo.
3. Press the '+' button located on the lower left corner of the stereo underneath the volume button until the word 'country' appears on the screen.
4. Press the '1' button located next to the '+' button. This will allow you to scroll through a list of different countries. Select your location, as different countries have varying functions and codes.
5. Turn off your radio after you choose your location and power it back on. Your BMW radio codes will now be programmed.
