How to Read Tire Pressure Recommendations in an Audi

1. Look for the recommended tire pressure in your Audi manual. If you do not have your manual handy, look on the side of the tire for a tire pressure stamp, or on a sticker on the inside of the driver's side door.
2. Inflate your tires with 32 pounds per square inch (psi) if you cannot find the recommended tire pressure for your Audi. This represents a safe tire pressure average until you know for certain.
3. Let air out of your tires if you wear down the middle of tires only, rather than the sides. This pattern of wear is a sign that you have too much air in your tires. Add more air to your tires if you see tire wear on the inside and outside edges.

How to Remove a Seat in a Mercedes Benz

1. Create space to work in by moving the front seats as far forward as possible.
2. Release the clasp under the back seat. To do this, place both your hands on the seat cushion and push toward the back of the car. Push the cushion up and, if done properly, it will detach from the car.
3. Unhook the backs of the seats and twist them forward. Lie them down in the empty space where the cushions used to be.
4. Go outside the car and open the trunk. Take out the three screws fixing the divide between the trunk and the back seats and remove the divide from the car. There is one screw on each side of the divide and one in the middle at the top.

How to do a Differential fluid change on Audi A6 Quattro 2000

1.
Audi recommends using 75w 90 gear oil. You will need about 1.5 Liters. I bought 2 bottles of mobil gear oil at autozone for $9 each. Buy amsoil if you prefer that brand. I don't think it matters but you want to be on the safe side as these cars are highly specific to their needs.
2.
Jack up the car lifting all 4 wheels off the floor at a even level. This is required to accurately fill the fluid.
3.
Now lets locate the rear differential drain plug(circle) and the fill plug (arrow, blocked not visible)
4. Open the Fill plug first! You do not want to drain the gear oil and not be able to fill it back up.
5.
You will need a 10mm allen wrench for both plugs.
6.
Once you have the fill plug opened. Its safe to open the drain plug.
7.
Once its finished draining. Put the drain plug back in. And lets prepare to fill her up with new differential fluid. I used my pressure pump to push the fluid in. You can use any pump such as one from a shampoo bottle and attach a hose that will lead into the fill plug
8.
A shot of hose going into the fill plug. It is done filling up once oil begins flowing out.

How to Tell If My 1995 BMW 740Il Is Self

1. Pop the hood and identify the power steering fluid reservoir. The power steering reservoir is a black cylinder mounted on the inner fender. Note the size and shape of the reservoir cap. If it covers about 3/4 of the top of the reservoir and has a flat, circular section in the middle, then the car does not use SLS. If the cap is smaller and the ribs extend all the way in, then you have SLS.
2. Read the words embossed into the top of the power steering reservoir. If it says to use ATF, then your car doesn't have SLS. An SLS system came from the factory with Pentosin CHF 11S fluid; if you see the words 'Pentosin CHF' instead of 'ATF' on the reservoir lid, then you have SLS.
3. Crawl under the car and look for the hydraulic lines connected to the shock absorber. You might be able to see it from the outside if you slip a mirror over and behind the rear wheel, but you'll probably find it easier to just poke your head under the car. If you can see the top of the shock, look for a U-shaped metal line that connect the shock to the thick rubber hydraulic line.
